Outstanding from start to finish! I can't rate Neil and his team highly enough for the work we have had done recently. After waiting nearly a year for a previous roofer to come only to be let down again, I contacted Neil based on some of the reviews I saw online. On his way home that very day, he swung by to survey what we needed doing. A fully new tiled roof, new flat roof to our dormer, guttering and fascias was the job. The quote came in a couple of days later and was extremely competitive. We were happy to press ahead and Neil outlined what week they would be roughly starting and he would be in contact nearer the time. The communication was unbelievable (can be quite a rarity within all the trades). He let us know when the scaffolders would be coming, he let us know what exact day they would then be starting. After each day or so he would let us know what had been done and what was left to do. And after rain played a part here and there, he let us know what day they would be coming back right up until the job was finished. As for the work itself, we couldn't be happier. The quality and finish is absolutely spot on and just how we envisaged it. So if you are looking for any kind of roofing work and have made it this far looking in to NH Property Services, I genuinely don't think you could find better out there. Give em a bell!
Neil and his team got the job done super fast and to a high standard. We are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend NH Property Services for anyone needing to have their roofing/guttering done. Really friendly guys too.

I'd previously been ripped off by another roofer who caused more problems and fixed none and thankfully Neil's team came and fixed it all. Professional, great communication, thorough explanation, put you at ease and did the job in an effective and tidy manner. Many thanks for your help. I would definitely recommend and use again...in fact I asked them to do another job straight away.

After been let down by several roofers I contacted NH Property services. Neil and his team are professional , friendly and put you at ease. I needed a roof repair and within 5 days of Neil coming to assess the situation the work was done . I will be using them for all future work . Neil and the lads did a great job with my gutters which were blocked and installed incorrect by a previous company inspected roof and repaired the lead on the chimney. Hassel free good quality work at an afirdable price would highly recomend

My neighbour used this business and they required access to his property via my garden. They did not knock on the door to ask for access. They parked their vehicles on and across my drive without permission. The moved my garden furniture, damaging it in the process. I told them they had damaged my belongings and they did not apologise. I asked them to replace the products but they said they wouldn’t pay me in full and attempted to negotiate an unreasonable price. They later made sarcastic comments towards me about unrelated matters.
